The Fuentes Family started El Toro Mexican restaurant out of necessity. When he moved to the United States from Mexico, all Victor Fuentes had going for him was a "PhD in taco making", but with the help of his family, Victor has opened 10 El Toro locations across the Midwest since 1998. El Toro St. Joseph is the Spartan’s favorite taco place, serving St. Joseph, Champaign County and all surrounding areas since 2007. It's a great place to spend an evening with or without the kids.
